It's a surreal afternoon on the planet TeTap II. Dozens of airships fill the topaz skies of this world only 250 light-years away.

The TeTapians have hyperdimensional cities and are very advanced. They are a feline race and know of Earth, but despise it intensely. They consider humans to be monkeys, and want nothing to do with them.
