Melting Europa

The last of the ice melts away on the Jovian moon Europa in the distant future. The sun will expand 5 billion years from now, heating Jupiter to a bright orange colour and melting its frozen moons into liquid seas.

The warmer temperatures will also form an atmosphere on Europa. Life will flourish on Europa in the distant future, just as it does now!
